This program is for students in year 10, 11 or 12 and classes are held during the school term. By attending this weekly after school class students earn credit towards an Advanced Diploma or Degree.
Upon completion students will receive Statements of Attainment for each subject completed and students 17 yo and over will gain a “No interview necessary free pass” into the 2nd or 3rd term of The Actors Conservatory’s 2 yr Tertiary program.

The Actors Conservatory offers two training pathways resulting in an Advanced Diploma qualification. Each is designed to specifically cater to each unique career path. Our Advanced Diplomas are tailor made in conjunction with industry professionals for both actors and film makers. See below for more information.
The Actors Conservatory's Advanced Diplomas are available as a day or evening study program on a '2 days or 2 nights a week' basis. Night classes are scheduled between 6-9pm. Day classes are scheduled from 11 - 2pm. So if you're unable to attend weekday training but have time to study in the evenings, or are a night shift worker who can attend late morning to early afternoons, all you have to do is call to get started.
The Advanced Diploma courses have four intakes a year so you don't have to wait 6 or 12 months if you miss the current intake. Generally each intake will commence classes in the following months: January, April, July and September. Please get in touch with us at least one month prior to book your place as spots are limited. This program's accredited title is the 'Advanced Diploma of Screen and Stage Acting'. Our program is a 2 year Austudy approved course. Its literacy achievement is highly recommended by the Actors Union and is an official Industry entry qualification. This course is designed to help you become a professional screen and stage actor or TV presenter.
